Initial Client Requirements

  • A $50 setup fee will be applied to your first monthly invoice.

  • You will be required to complete an ACH form to initiate an auto-debit of your monthly payments.

  • Per bureau requirements, when you become a client, you are required to have an on-site inspection completed by a third-party, bureau-approved inspection company. This inspection incurs a $95 fee. This fee is waived for FDIC or NCUA Financial Institutions.

  • Factual Data may require a monthly minimum if you do not order over $1500 in product per month

  • Additional agreements will be required at a later stage, including a Client Agreement, Credit Addendum, and GLB Addendum.

    Important: Factual Data agreements contain bureau and regulatory language that cannot be altered. Processing your request to become a client may take up to 60 days after your application and on-site inspection have been completed. The below form is not your application to become a client.
